1. Subscription Plans

ContractorDash provides digital, SaaS-based ERP services. Since our services are subscription-based and often include a trial period (if applicable), we encourage users to evaluate the platform before making a final payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No future charges will be processed after cancellation.

3. Refund Terms

  • General Terms: Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months or unused periods of current subscriptions.
  • Technical Errors: In case of a technical error (e.g., duplicate charges, system failure preventing access), a refund may be issued after verification by our technical team.
  • Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Payments via Partners

Payments made through authorized third-party partners or resellers are subject to the refund policies of those respective partners. ContractorDash will coordinate with our partners to resolve any disputes, but the final refund decision may lie with the partner platform used for collection.

5. How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund due to a billing error, please email us with your Transaction ID and Registered Company Name.
